The Abuja-based property magnate cum philanthropic icon, High Chief Austin Michael Arah, Managing Director/Chairman, Firstchoice Properties Limited, recently cut my medium attention on his legendary inputs in Nigeria and Africa.

Having heard much of his philanthropic services in Abuja and Isoko, little did I pay much attention to him, until somebody told me his numerous works on property development and humanitarian services that cut across all tribes in Nigeria not just Isoko nation only but also African countries.

His fantastic investments on property development in Nigeria particularly Abuja is one of the best where high and mighty patronize for quality serene environment for their money.

Chief Austin Arah is a graduate of University of Benin and attended the famous Notre Dame College,Ozoro in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State.

He is one renowned property entrepreneur in Nigeria that believes in entrepreneurial diversification over the years.

Today, Austin Arah has four recognized chieftaincy titles due to dint of hardwork and genuine commitment to humanitarian services in Africa. He was recently conferred with a chieftaincy title as “Ubiako-Eni” by the Ovie of Ozoro Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Barrister Anthony Uvietobore Ogbogbo,Ibuka 1(JP).

Chief Arah is a man of the people that believes in transparency, accountability, integrity and credibility in business.

Today, Arah has diversified into several companies bearing the brand name of Firstchoice properties limited as ‘Firstchoice Construction Company limited, Firstchoice Petroleum Services ltd, Firstchoice medical Services ltd, Firstchoice Offshore Services ltd and Firstchoice foundation’.

Chief Austin Arah is a history maker making Isoko nation a proud one. He was one of the prominent Nigerians, as a Co-ordinator of a Non-governmental organization, individual and Patriotic Alliance Against International Debit (I-PAAID) in 2004 that raised funds to cancel the high profile debt that almost made Nigeria a begging nation. He has invested massively on landed properties in Abuja for the past years which has endeared him to many laurels and awards from different organizations in Africa.

Lastly, his legacies in entrepreneurial leadership has begin to speak well of a man that is highly detribalized and truthful in dealing with clients and friends across the globe. He is a man with good heart for humanity.
