The story of Mr. Christopher Ogosi popularly called by friends and business associates as ‘General Kito’, Chief Executive Officer of Kingston records is not different from Dr.Buchi, the Nigerian renowned gospel reggae artist, who left the academic world as a PhD holder at English Language to find love at singing and evangelizing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Having lectured in most of the top ranking Nigerian universities like University of Lagos and University of Portharcourt, he left the academic environment meritoriously to pursue his passion in music and that same feat also repeating itself in the life of General Kito who has passionate love in promoting good music in Africa.

As a trained maritime expert with a Master’s degree in Transport/Planning/Logistics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, he knows what it takes to promote good musicians and dancers through Kingston records and beyond.

That singular passion has driven General Kito to start building one of the largest entertainment hubs in Africa which is currently sited in Ajegunle city, the home of musicians, dancers and comedians. This entertainment hub is not just for music entertainers only but also to teach entertainers on different music instruments.

July 14, 2018 and October 7th 2017 are still in the memories of guests that attended these two events put together by General Kito to celebrate friends in the music world.

According to him, music is life and my passion for music remains great on earth and till eternity. We must bring back dancehall expression to Ajegunle that we are known for raw entertainment lifestyles.

General Kito’s excellent legacies in the entertainment industry are legendary in the sands of time. He finds love in singing and dancing and always ready to offer genuine humanitarian services to the poor in Nigeria. He is one young man that has love for Ajegunle growth and development. His passionate love for reggae music has taken him far away Brazil, Jamaica and other countries in the world.
