Christopher Ogosi

Managing Director of Kingston Records, maritime entrepreneur and award-winning music producer, Mr. Christopher Ogosi popularly known as “General Kito” has called on all notable Ajegunle philanthropists within and outside the community to support Ajegunle budding artists and comedians noting that only genuine humanitarian gestures can give Ajegunle musicians and comedians a new lease of life.

Speaking with Gabriovoice.com via phone conversation that lasted for 40minutes, Ogosi worried bitterly on the dearth of Ajegunle music and how it can be revived to meet international standard.Ajegunle songs were the rave of the moment but today went oblivion due to lack of sponsorship and arrogance displayed by some of the artists that felt music producers were exploiting their talents then.

My ongoing multi-million music academy and gallery house in Ajegunle was borne-out of passion to help Ajegunle artists that want to take music as their profession. This music academy to train musicians on how to be professional at musical instruments and align themselves with foreign artists.

He affirmed that only Ajegunle people can make Ajegunle great in Nigeria. As a music producer, Kingston record is a record label that produces good music and sounds. We want to infuse new technological drive to change the perception of Ajegeunle artists and music producers both old and young, he added.
