Living for Legacy is my Calling Says Chief Ubogu

The Managing Director of Micura Services Limited, one of the fastest-rising stevedoring CEOs in Africa, Chief Michael Ubogu, the Enyioha 1 of Obingwa Kingdom of Abia State and award-winning serial maritime entrepreneur, has called on Nigerian youths to be contented and live simple life styles, adding that he wouldn’t have been where he is today, if had indulged in illegal business 12 years ago, Micura Services Limited would been history now.

Speaking with some egg-head journalists at Golden Tulp hotel, Festac Town, Lagos, Chief Ubogu said, if you want to succeed as a young entrepreneur, contentment is the key to greatness which every African youth must imbibe.

“I never expected that somebody of such poor background could become a renowned maritime expert in Africa, though, from my youth age till now, I worked smart to earn a decent living without adding fraudulent activities to it”. I believe in legacy that I would be remembered for when I’m no more.

He further stressed that Micura Services Limited is a company that started from little beginning and today, we have employed over 5000 workers, spent so much on humanitarian services (Corporate Social Responsibility).Our humanitarian legacies are not to impress or compete with any company or organization but to pursue passion to the fullness, he restated.
