One young man that is professionally and legally taking grassroots sports to an enviable height in recent times with great counseling on young football players in Africa is Mr.Ugochukwu Ifediora popularly called by friends and football lovers as’Rivascourt’.He is the Director of Opswale Sports Management Limited, one of the fast-growing football academies that train players on football business and comportment.

My recent cell phone conversation with Rivascourt shows to me a young man that appreciates and values people around him. He does not despise anyone because he believes that life is a process that every human being that is determined must pass through to succeed on earth.

When the Executive Director of Micura Services Limited, Chief Tunde Alapini told me the great works of Rivascourt, I knew that this young man is not just a promising legend in football business but ready to nurture and produce football stars that will be reputable in the society as the future grows bigger and larger at all levels.

As a trained political scientist from Lagos State University (LASU) Ojo, Lagos, he knows how to counsel youths with vision. In football business, Rivascourt is fast-becoming a brand ambassador that has travelled to many football countries to learn on new techniques in sports development.

His excellent spirit in raising young footballers to stardom has been his clarion call ever since he ventured into sports business. He is passionate about building great footballers that will leave great legacies for generation after generation. He is highly committed to grassroots sports development in Africa. He remains a young man that sees future of ordinary football players on the street.
