Managing Director, Micura Services Limited and a renowned Lagos- Delta based grassroots philanthropist cum award-winning maritime expert, High Chief Michael Ubogu, the Enyioha 1 of Obingwa kingdom, recently marked his late father in-law 5th remembrance, Elder Wilson Enwerezor,at Ashaka in Ndokwa East,Delta State. It was a gathering of crème da la crème of personalities from all walks of life to celebrate with Chief Michael Ubogu whose philanthropic love for humanity is worthy of emulation to the core.

According to Chief Michael Ubogu, who was elated with the caliber of people that came to honour the event, said my late father in-law was a very good man with unbeatable legacies. He played a vital role in making sure that I succeeded in marrying my beloved wife that has contributed to my success story in life. He deserved this kind of awesome celebration, he added.

Football match was played between Ashaka United and Euro 65 of Lagos for 90minutes, it was a goalless draw, at the penalty shootout, Ashaka United scored 1 against Euro 65 and won the game. It was a moment of celebration for both teams to wear the medals to herald the 5th remembrance of Elder Wilson Enwerezor.

Those that graced the event were traditional rulers, micura staffs, maritime moguls, journalists, Women group, the Ajegunle Chiefs Association, Sports personalities, HRH Baale Dr.Kayode Isreal Okunlola(JP),friends and well-wishers were in all attendance. Awards of recognitions were presented to Princess Uloma Ubogu and Fred Odita by Akeem Busari’s media from Lagos. Guests were fully entertained with live band music by an ace musician, jokes cracked by the official compere and Executive Director, Mindset Media Limited, Mr.Agrimo Emmanuel and sumptuous meal and drinks of different brands were served.
