On June 15, 2019 at City Point Hotel,Wema Bus Stop,Ajegunle,Jeremiah Isaac Foundation(JIF) hosted the maiden edition of its Outstanding Leadership Award which brought together the crème da la dreme of Ajegunle achievers and beyond.

It was a moment of celebrating great men and women in Ajegunle who had over the years distinguished themselves in their various careers in life.

Speaking with the founder of Jeremiah Isaac Foundation, Pastor Isaac said this NGO was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) in 2009 with the aims of re-instating, rehabilitating and sustaining the self esteem of orphans, the widows, the physically challenged and the less privileged in our society. Our major goal to provide leadership trainings through seminars, conferences, workshops and events for our widows in Ajegunle.

We have been training our widows and orphans in different skill acquisitions since the establishment of this NGO and God has been faithful to us over the years. This Jeremiah Isaac Foundation maiden edition of outstanding leadership award is to reward people who are affecting the community positively with their resources. I will always be committed to grassroots training for widows and orphans in Ajegunle, he promised.

Mrs.Justina Orokano,a dedicated member of the Idea Isoko women said their NGO is all about the girl child and how she could be empowered to function in all levels of life. It is a global NGO that promotes the girl child and receiving this outstanding leadership award on the behalf of the organization is a drive for us as members to continue to pursue our goal to a legacy level, she said.

Mr.Mallam Africa, a pioneer supporter of Jeremiah Isaac Foundation Outstanding Leadership award maiden edition also commended the programme and promised to initiate good ideas to move the NGO forward.

Special traditional troupe, artistes and comedians also presented their comedies and songs to the audience. Those that received the Jeremiah Isaac Foundation outstanding leadership awards were Pastor Acho-Faith Acho,Pastor Patrick Oyemike,Dr.Ezeude Emilia,Mr.Goni Zakari,Vic Da Praise,Rev.Monday Jibiya, Prince Roland, Idea Isoko Women,Laff Koded,Christian Ejakpovi,Ova Skillz and others.
