Wazobia Widows Foundation of Ajegunle,on Saturday 12th,2019 celebrated her 16th anniversary in grand style, as dignitaries from all walks of life graced event. Evangelist Benjamin Igoh(JP),the founder and multiple award-winning clergy counseled African widows to live righteously, stressing that living holy lifestyles can attract God’s blessings to them.

According to him,Wazobia Widows Foundation of Ajegunle started 16 years ago with just few widows, it was God’s call upon my life to start this glorious vision but I was determined that this NGO must be known. I had to register it first with CAC and to start going from house to house and street to street to look for widows that cannot feed their children whose husbands died suddenly.

He added that widows’ ministry is a difficult one but God mandated me to help widows in Africa by seeking for divine helpers that understand my vision and God brought Chief Michael Orobosa Ubogu, Managing Director, Micura Services Ltd, Mr.Odion Ighalo most sought after Nigerian football striker and other generous givers to make this dream realizable.

Igoh explained that Wazobia Widows Foundation of Ajegunle is not just an NGO that waits for helpers to give them money only but also I teach them how to give back to our helpers. Giving generously is a mandate God instructed me to teach my widows always, he said.

Chief Michael Ubogu, one of the faithful givers alongside with his dear wife, Princess Uloma Ubogu,CEO Lauretta Uloma Foundation, called on Nigerians to see Wazobia Widows Foundation of Ajegunle as everybody business to support. If you give faithfully to widows, God has every way to bless the giver.

Ubogu said since he identified with Wazobia Widows Foundation of Ajegunle, God has been blessing him at all levels of life. We are not wasting our money but seeing divine blessings from it, he affirmed.

Mrs.Bola, one of the committed widows of the foundation praised Evangelist Benjamin Igoh(JP) for building legacy of grace among them over the years.WWFA is the best NGO in Ajegunle providing the needs of its members with prayers, he commended.

Dignitaries and guests were served with food and drinks as Evangelist Benjamin Igoh unveiled Wazobia Widows Foundation of Ajegunle digital table calendar for 2020.Guests also donated handsomely to support the vision of the founder. Chief Ubogu promised to support the widows with substantial amount of money next year. Cash gifts, bags of rice, gallon of groundnut oil, carton of indomies, yams, refrigerator and frames were presented to widows and guests.
