The General Overseer of Land of Grace Healing Ministries International and multiple award-winning prophetic preacher of our time, Prophet Chukwuemeka Odigbo, recently spoke with Gabrio Voice Magazine at his palatial office in Igando Area of Lagos State, on the kind of churches being run by these new generational ministers of God and how God made him passed through several tribulations with divine promise in his life.
According to him, I had many trials in my calling and many evicted me immediately the ministry kick-started but never gave up. These trials trained and groomed me to be faithful in His kingdom.
Every trial a man of God pass through in life is sign of faith testing. I tried to run out of Nigeria to abroad but God made it possible for me to return and start the ministry.
Speaking further, God has used me mightily to deliver the oppressed over the years. God called me specifically into deliverance and healing ministry. Most young ministers of God are not prepared to wait for God to bless them than involving in all kinds of power to be known on earth not heaven.
He added that ministry is not all about rushing in but ability to sustain God‘s grace in your life as a minister. Many quacks are in the pulpit using the almighty Jesus name in vain, and to the extent of selling their souls to the devil. Quick fame without God’s presence doesn’t last on earth.
Prophet Odigbo explained that ministerial calling is divine but many called themselves into it. All pastors are not the same and we still have genuine ones preaching end-time messages for His kingdom. As God blesses you as a pastor and you must also do the needful to help the poor in the church. The well-being of your members should be your first priority as the leading clergy. How you live on earth doesn’t matter but how people talk about you when you are no more that matters and my good legacies for my children is the best gift, he said.
